The Shepherd’s Hands provides homemaking and personal care services to people who have waivers through Passport, My Care Ohio Molina, My Care Ohio Aetna, MyCare Ohio CareSource, MyCare Ohio Buckeye Health Plan and Department Of Developmental Disabilities\/Franklin County Board. We also provide Adult Day Supports such as but not limited to Adult Day Program, Group Employment, Individual Employment, Career Planning, Job Coaching, Shared Living Services and Residential Respite.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Shepherd’s Hands offers a range of assistance and support services to individuals. This can include bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating.<\/p>

These services are provided by our trained professionals and home health aides at the client\u2019s home. Our personal care services are customized depending on the needs and preferences on the individual but generally include assistance with personal hygiene, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and companionship. In addition to our fully customizable care plans, the schedule of services is flexible also with part time and full time options.<\/p>

The Shepherd’s Hands is keen to a variety of Home Making tasks and chores to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable living environment.\u00a0<\/p>

Our Home making services are performed by our trained professional at the client\u2019s home. The Shepherd\u2019s Hands and the tasks performed may vary depending on the needs and preferences of the individual, but generally include housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and changing linens. Our Home making services may also include meal preparation, grocery shopping, running errands, and light outdoor maintenance such as lawn care and snow removal.<\/p>

Our Home making services can be customized to meet the unique needs of each individual, and can be provided on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the level of support required. These services are often essential for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from an illness or injury who are unable to perform these tasks on their own.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At The Shepherd\u2019s Hands, our Adult Day support programs provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities who require daytime support supervision and socialization. Our Adult Day support is a community-based setting at our Central Ohio facility, and are designed to provide individualized care and support to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You can expect a variety of social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, such as exercise programs, games, music, arts and crafts, and educational classes. Adult Day support even offers individual and group employement. Adult day support services may also include assistance with personal care, medication management, and nutritious meals and snacks. Adult day support services can be customized to meet the unique needs of each individual, and can be provided on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the level of support required.<\/p>
